Before you come in
Do you work on my make?
We service most domestic and import makes and models. A small number of European vehicles need dealer-only software for certain jobs. Call with your year, make, and model and we will tell you before you drive over.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome and we will get to you as soon as a bay opens. Calling ahead is the better bet during the fall and spring tire rush.
Will you use parts I supply?
In most cases yes. Customer-supplied parts are not covered under our parts warranty, though the labour warranty still applies.
How long does a diagnostic take?
Most diagnostics take one to two hours. Intermittent electrical faults can take longer, and we will check in with you before going past the time you approved.
What payment do you accept?
Debit, Visa, Mastercard, and cash. Call the shop at 289-389-5656 if you need to arrange something else.

Reading a sidewall
What those numbers mean
Your size is on the tire sidewall and on the sticker inside the driver door. Example: 225/45R18 95H.

Asked every October
When should I put winter tires on?
Once daytime temperatures sit consistently below 7°C, which in Hamilton is usually late October or early November. Book before the first snowfall, because that week is the busiest of the year for every shop in the city.
Do I really need all four?
Yes. Two winter tires on one axle creates a serious handling imbalance under braking and cornering. We install winter tires in sets of four only.
Can my tire be repaired?
Punctures in the tread area under roughly 6mm are usually repairable. Sidewall damage, shoulder punctures, and tires that were driven on while flat are not safely repairable and need replacing.
How often should I rotate?
Every 8,000 to 10,000 kilometres, or at every oil change. It is the cheapest thing you can do to get more life out of a set of tires.

Yes. Most sizes come in quickly through our local distributor. Call the shop at 289-389-5656 with your size and we will check availability and price.
